Graduation Committee Roles:
Graduation Chair: Carol Lou
Oversees the planning and execution/coordination of the promotion party at the end of the year for 8th graders.
Stays in touch with other chairpersons to ensure timeline is being met.
Recruits a volunteer to create the invitation for the promotion ceremony and promotion party.
Assists other chairpersons with recruiting volunteers for the various divisions.
Reports to PTA President
Decoration Chair: OPEN
Plans and executes/coordinates on the decorations for the promotion party.
Recruit volunteers for decorations.
Holds meetings to plan with the decoration volunteers.
Reports to Graduation Chair to keep chairperson up to date with process.
Entertainment Chair: OPEN
Plans and coordinates the entertainment for the promotion party.
Recruit volunteers for entertainment.
Holds meetings to plan with the entertainment volunteers.
Reports to Graduation Chair to keep chairperson up to date with process.
Food Chair: OPEN
Plans and coordinates the food for the promotion party.
Recruit volunteers for serving/planning menu options.
Holds meetings to plan with the food volunteers.
