VP Programs

The Vice President of Programs is responsible for creating and executing a program plan. Promote engagement and community throughout the year. 

The VP Programs shall:

• Announce the program plan.

• Create and organize events and programs for the school year.

• Lead the Promotion Party organizing

• Recruit volunteers to assist with PTA programs and events. 

• Reach out to potential event curators and businesses to organize events.

• Create a welcome packet for new families who come to your school during the year, include an invitation to join calendar of PTA events.

• Report program progress at all PTA meetings.
