Lawson PTA programs are a team effort between the school and parents to promote an enriching educational experience for the kids in our school. Thanks to the time invested by our parent volunteers and the monetary contributions, some of the things our PTA has done in the past and continues to do are:

- Supplements classroom education as identified by the teachers themselves. This is money poured directly into the classrooms and provides support across either a Grade Level, or across a core subject, or even at school level.

- Finances infrastructural project(s) in an area of need as identified by the school Administration.
- Resourced Equipments...
- Equipment for use by the whole school
- Student Enrichment Activities...
- Support student enrichment programs such Julia Robinson Math Festival, Yosemite Science Camp, International Night, Reflections (Art), Math Olympiad, Math Counts, and WEB leaders.

- Beyond academics, PTA sponsors fun events to celebrate friendship and create memories through social events for students
- Family Engagement & Support...
- Parents can get familiar with school and meet other families through various workshops, information sessions and social events.
- Hospitality Events
- Hospitality events for parents, teachers, and volunteers
- 8th Grade Graduation...
- The 8th grade graduation ceremony and party on the last day of school is a tradition as we bid farewell and good luck to our graduating class.
