Entrepreneur Night - May 24, 2024
This is project-based learning at its finest! Your student can plan, make, and sell items of their choice. It is open ended! You may sell handmade products, homegrown produce, repurposed items. Feel free to be creative! Food, crafts, products, service (for example, face-painting), carnival games (it costs to play), etc. It’s the student’s own business, so they set the price and they make the money.
Please be sure to have a standing sign to advertise your booth, what you are selling, and prices of the items. Students are responsible for securing their money. For example, the student could wear a fanny pack or a parent could man the cashbox. Please bring your own change to make change when selling your products
Here is a great article from GeekWire about young entrepreneurs
