PTA President: Chanden Moya (8th grade parent)
Chanden is a Bay Area native and has been volunteering for the community before she was 10. Chanden works full-time and enjoys movie nights and cooking with her husband and two boys.
Secretary: Suma Bokka (7th grade parent)
Suma has been volunteering with the PTA since 2016 and is currently the PTA President at a CUSD elementary school. Apart from active volunteering, Suma is a huge fan of Marvel and enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with friends and watching TV with her kids.
Treasurer: Winona Chen (7th grade parent)
Winona has an accounting background and has been volunteering with PTAs and other NPOs for many years. Winona works full-time and enjoys hiking, traveling and cheering for her boys' soccer and basketball games.
Executive VP: Sonia Sandhu (8th grade / 6th grade parent)
Sonia has been a part of the Lawson community for several years, her oldest is now in high school and went to Lawson as well. Sonia loves working with kids, parents, and teachers. Giving back to the community is very important to her. Sonia loves spending time with her family, especially her little puppy dog.
VP Donations/Membership: Sonia Maini (8th grade parent)
Sonia has been volunteering with the PTA since 2012 and has been in many roles. Sonia works full-time and enjoys traveling, reading and taking long walks. She values her family time and holds a positive outlook on life.
VP Communications: Ruth Lee (7th grade parent)
Ruth grew up and attended schools in Cupertino from 3rd through 12th grade. Ruth works full-time and is happiest when she's with her family, friends, and traveling.
Auditor: Sikta Khastagir (6th grade parent)
Sikta comes from a family of teachers. She is a natural with kids and always comes up with ideas to give back to the community. She enjoys walks with her two dogs when not busy with her charity organization.
Historian: Pooja Jain (7th grade parent)
Pooja has an audit major with teaching experience. Pooja has volunteered in various school districts. Beyond work, she values time with family and friends, often over tea.
Parliamentarian: Sireesha Ampabathini (6th grade parent)
Though an introvert by nature, Sireesha loves volunteering for kid's activities. Besides sketching and painting, spending time with family, especially with her girls, is the biggest stress buster for her.
